Try turning up the volume of your interest for life and all around you: get more interested for your family members, your friends, your city, your country, your planet, nature, get more interested for the physical stuff too (your car, your house, your desk), get more interested about spirituality and god and anything else that is within your reality.  You can turn on the volume if you decide to. And if you do that, I guarantee you, you will start feeling happier!
